I build production AI systems end to end and design the experience around them. On the People team at TYLin I designed and shipped an internal AI platform: an LLM and retrieval-augmented generation engine on an adapter architecture, wired to Workday, with schema-validated outputs, human review, and full audit logging for governance. I was selected to the company-wide AI committee.
On my own time I built a full-stack AI product on the Claude API and shipped Workly, a cross-platform workforce app, to the App Store. My background is business analysis, so I start from the problem and the people, not the tech. I am equally at home in a technical discovery call, at a whiteboard scoping a proof of concept, and in the code shipping it.

Build with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and SwiftUI, with Python and SQL for data. Integrate LLMs through the Claude API and Azure OpenAI, with retrieval-augmented generation and vector search. Accelerate with Claude Code and Cursor. Design in Figma, and measure with Google Analytics and heatmaps. This portfolio itself was designed and built on that exact workflow.
